On Saturday, July 4, Grapevine celebrates in true patriotic style with the 38th Annual July 4th Fireworks Extravaganza. This free 24-minute fireworks spectacular over Lake Grapevine begins at 9:30 p.m. and is set to patriotic music, The fireworks display is the perfect way to celebrate America's birthday.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Jan. 8)

FAIR. Water stained; 55 degrees; 0.59 feet below pool. White bass are holding to the bottom utilizing electronics to locate fish. Use a deadstick technique with slabs on a stinger hook keeping the bait in the strike zone. Some crappie can randomly be mixed in. Report by Omar Cotter, Luck O’the Irish Fishing Guide Service.
